Good Faith Statement *

I understand that every effort will be made to stay faithful to the itinerary, however I understand sightseeing is subject to availability at the time of travel. If select sightseeing proves unavailable, every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative. I also understand that if due to unforeseen circumstances, the priest listed as the spiritual director is no longer able to travel, every effort will be made to find a replacement. However, this does not constitute a covered reason for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Terms *

I have read and agree to the cancellation terms as stated below

Cancellation Policy: From the day of registration to 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $300 non-refundable cancellation fee plus any airline and land fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airline penalties, land penalties, and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single plus the following per-person charges: 104-60 days = $400; 59-45 days = $600; 44-31 days = 40% of total cost; 30 days to the day of departure = 100% of the total cost. Submit cancellation in writing. On or after the day of departure, there will be no refund for any services not used. If the pilgrimage has to be canceled due to low attendance numbers, the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

Travel Protection/Insurance

Travel protection/insurance is very important and highly recommended for your upcoming trip. Travel Insurance can provide coverage for unexpected events that may happen while you are on your trip, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connections, lost luggage, medical emergencies, and medical emergency evacuations. Although travel protection/insurance is highly recommended, you are under no obligation to purchase travel insurance.

Cancel for any reason (CFAR) insurance usually needs to be purchased 2-3 weeks after the initial deposit is made. Each insurance company is different. If you intend to purchase CFAR insurance, please check with the company you intend to work with to see what their requirements are.
